Manufacturing Area Process And Key Machinery
The Production area, its surface wall and ceiling are covere*^ with an epoxy resin paint. The floor is made of monolithic resin paint as one piece which is resistant to acid and alkali, free of any visible joints and cracks, at the same time does not support the growth of micro-organisms. The entire manufacturing area and microbiological laboratory are provided with sterile filtered air of class 100/10,000 through hepa filter that retains particle of size 0.3|am and larger having filter efficiency of 99.97%.
Prime objective of the company is to provide safe and guaranteed product, the plant has established operational procedure as per cGMP standard covering all facts of the manufacturing process.
